INCLUSION

  • Entry Tickets, Permits & ferry tickets will applicable to the child above 3 years.
  • Any changes in Govt. taxes, Hotel Tariff, etc will be intimated before confirming the Package.
  • High season surcharge will be applicable from 15Dec – 15Jan. The rates are valid for Indian National only.
  • Room category in all packages is the base category rooms. In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate Hotels in the similar Category.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION'S

HOTELS

  • We do not have star category hotels in the Andaman’s so we have divided packages asLuxury, Super Deluxe, Deluxe, Superior.
  • We have offered Selected Hotels based on our analysis, however we can book any hotels for you as per your requirement.
  • Check in time as per the flight timings starts with 0630 to 1200 hrs.
  • In Port Blair majority of the hotels are constructed by cement structure but in (Havelock Island) mostly all resorts are made entirely Eco Friendly.
  • For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but some hotels only provide a roll out bed and have no provision of an extra bed
  • Child sharing parent’s room will not be provided an extra bed/mattress.

OPERATION INFORMATION

  • Our Representative will be at the Arrival Area of Port Blair as per Flight Details given
  • In case the guest is arriving by ship the same procedure applies as above at the main harbour.
  • Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.
  • The vehicle used is NAC and is available for point to point services only and is not at disposal. Clients are requested to follow the timings in the program.
  • Supplement for AC Vehicle in Port Blair is 300 per day. AC Vehicle is not available in Havelock & (Neil).
  • The Vehicle used depends on Group Size, for a Couple small car like Indigo / Wagon R/Swift Dzire or similar is used, for Groups up to 7 Xylo /Scorpio/Ertiga or similar is used in Port Blair, in (Havelock)& (Neil) mainly we use Xylo/ Sumo/Ertiga.
  • Tour program will be advised to you by our executive at the very first day. Please note tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions here in Port Blair as the place is almost covered by tropical forest.
  • Sightseeing points remain closed on government holidays & Mondays. In case of closure on certain dates we modify programs to include all sightseeing’s, however if we are not able to cover certain monuments or sightseeing we try to cover something else .
  • Our tour program is inclusive of all entry tickets i.e. in museum and memorial etc. as per itinerary.
  • Light & Sound program at Cellular Jail which totally depends on weather conditions, as it is in open theatre Style.
  • All entry tickets are applicable for child above 02 yrs
  • As the area is isolated from mainland but rich in nature and beauty (Lush green dense forest, mangrove creeks, and virgin beaches) but cannot be matched to those available in the plains and other developed destinations.
  • There will be no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be the reason.

INTER ISLAND TRANSFERS (BETWEEN PORT BLAIR / (HAVELOCK)/ (NEIL))

  • Govt. Ships sails for Havelockat 6am and 2pm. Return boat from Havelocksame day is at 9 am, 2pm and 4pm.
  • Govt. Ships Sails for (Neil) at 6 am & 11.30 am, Return boats from (Neil) are at 08.30 and 2 pm.
  • Ship belongs to Government under Andaman & Nicobar Administration and mainly sailing of ships totally depends on weather conditions.
  • Child above 01yrs will be charged full. No cancellation and refund will be entertained once the tickets were purchased
  • Private Boats sail From Port Blair to Havelockstarts at 6:30 am & Return at 4 pm.
  • Please note wherever Government boats are used for travelling, a fixed seat cannot be assured. You may sometimes have to travel on the deck.
